Our Story

Sapphire Beach Resort and Marina started out as a commercially owned Resort back in the early 1980s. The entity that built it went out of business before completing the project. The property was split up and sold as individual vacation condos with an association to oversee the property and maintain common interests. We have been privately owned ever since. Because we are privately owned we offer a community and friendly atmosphere that you won’t find at the big commercial hotels.
